In this post, you will get a vegan brownie recipe for the fudgiest brownies!
My friend created the recipe for these vegan brownies, and has kindly written down the recipe for me to share with you guys! She made them for mine and my little sister’s birthday and they were BEAUT!
(yes my sis and I share a bday… but we aren’t twins).
Ingredients:
(Makes a small batch of about 8-10 brownies – I would recommend you double it if you are a chocoholic, like me!)
- 125g Plain Flour
- 175g Brown Sugar
- 30g Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 125ml Water
- 75ml Oil
- 100g Melted Dark Chocolate (I used Bournville)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 50g Chopped Vegan Choc (for choc chips)
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 180 C.
2. Sift together all the dry ingredients .
3. Pour in the water, oil, melted choc and vanilla and mix well.
4. Stir in choc chips.
5. Spread evenly into a lined baking tin.
6. Bake for approx 15 minutes or until the top is no longer shiny (as picture).
7. Let cool completely and then cut up.
