This is one of my new go-to recipes for lunch because you can add pretty much any topping you like onto the wrap and customise it to your taste and cupboard stock! And best of all it takes less than 15 mins total.
Hope you like this wrap pizza idea. I love it for a quick lunch. It’s great when you have some wraps that are going towards the end of their shelf life to revive them. As we don’t want to be wasting any food at the mo!
Wrap Pizza
Ingredients
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 190 degrees.
- Use the back of a spoon to spread around tomato purée on the wrap.
- Add your vegan cheese followed by your toppings of choice, including any herbs such as oregano.
- Bake for approx 10 mins but be mindful that the edges can catch and it may burn quickly so keep checking it every minute or two after 5 minutes.
- Cut into slices and add avocado or hummus after cooking!
